Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card details. You can pay with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout.

• Prices include VAT. VIP is a one-time payment and never renews by itself.
• Your receipt is sent by Discord DM and email (if you entered one) and is always available under My VIP.
• Because VIP starts immediately, the 14-day withdrawal right ends once it is activated. If something went wrong, open a Payments & VIP ticket.
